Hello,

I have another urgent surgery to code that I am not familiar with. Any help would be much appreciated!

1. laparoscopic resection of sigmoid colon and proximal rectum with end-to-end descending colorectostomy.

2. Excision of additional tissue from left anterolateral bladder and left pelvic sidewall with placement of clips in area.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
