Wiki lap rt colon same day as open rt colon

I am not sure what to do with this. Patient had a lap right colon resection in the morning, later that evening patient had bleeding and was sent back to OR and surgeon performed resection of anastomosis, colon and small bowel. So open rt colon-44160. The problem is these are bundled and cannot be unbundled with a modifier. It was a complication just same day. How do I get these paid?
