Can you bill 47562 w/47563 w/-59? Procedure performed was a laparascopic repair of an umbilical hernia and also an incarcerated ventral hernia. Thank you!
 
No, I don't believe you'd want to do that. How about 49653 with a 22 modifier and then list the incarcerated ventral hernia as 1st dx and umbilical hernia as 2nd?
