Surgeon performed laparoscopic bilateral ovarian cystectomies on large cysts. There were multiple smaller cysts that made up the multi-cystic bilateral ovaries. Surgeon aspirated these cysts, performing modified ovarian drilling to aspirate these cysts and help restore normal anatomy to these ovaries. . Am I correct to assign 58662 +49322 together or just 58662 only?
