Laparoscopic cauterization of epiploica?

Hello, looking for some insight on this situation:

Pt came in to ASC for lap tubal cauterization. "Once this was done, she was noted to have an approximately 2 cm epiploica on a small spot hanging off next to her small bowel and this was cauterized on the stalk well away from the small bowel."

Would this be considered incidental to the tubal or 44238 (unlisted procedure, intestine) or 44979 (unlisted procedure, appendix)?
