Does anyone know what the CPT code would be for this? I'm about to pull my hair out over this one. None of the lap codes seem to fit and even the unlisted lap codes don't seem to fit. The scope was introduced through an abdominal incision. I can't even find a code for drainage of a paraesophageal abscess, period. Ack!
