Patient had a laparoscopic vertical sleeve gastrectomy, was a self pay, but doc also did a laparoscopic hiatal herina repair- -( one posterior stich, one anterior stich, no mesh, can I still bill the herina ?
 
Check your CCI edits to see if the hiatal procedure is bundled with the gastrectomy procedure.
