My doc performed a laparoscopic seminal vesiculectomy with lap node dissection. I cannot find a laparoscopic code for this surgery. I found 55650 but it is not a laparoscopic code. I will use 38571 for the lymph node dissection and was wondering if I need to use the unlisted code 55899. I do appreciate any input with this coding situation. Thanks, Nancy
