Wiki Laparoscopic Ureterolysis- 50715

I code for two Gynecologic Oncologists who regularly perform ureterolysis due to retroperitoneal fibrosis. I was taught to use 50715 for this procedure even when performed laparoscopic. We have no issues with most of our payers even after they review medical records, but are currently struggling to get the hysterectomy CPT and ureterolysis paid separately by Humana and UHC. Does anyone have suggestions or code with the unlisted laparoscopic CPT 50949 instead?
