Proc: Diagnostic laparscopy w/biopsy of vaginal cuff lesion and then cauterization of same area.
Post-op Dx: Lesion on vaginal cuff may be residual endometriosis
Two lateral abdominal incisions made for intro of 5mm trocar and sleeve; with mobilization of the bowel, there was an area under a fold in the vaginal cuff that could represent residual endometriosis. This was a very small area, biopsied the entire lesion and then cauterized.
I'm thinking 58662, 625.9, V13.29, 568.89?
