I'm unsure how to code this surgery it was a Operative Laparoscopy with fulguration with endometrial implants. Any ideas?

I'll give you the code description. It's your job to find the code. 🤓
Laparoscopy, surgical; with fulguration or excision of lesions of the ovary, pelvic viscera, or peritoneal surface by any method

OH my gosh! All I could think was "who wants an abdominal endometrial implant???" I would think the proper term would be "explant".
:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: I'm just so used to the term, I never even thought about it that way. The implants are there already by the patients own biological process and the physician is removing/destroying them. At least I hope no one is inserting them. 😱

Agh! Indeed!!

ETA I suppose since the only implants I've seen used in OR are breasts!
