Wiki Laparotomy with ileocolic resection and end ileostomy

This patient had surgery the week prior - laparotomy, transverse colon, descending colon and partial sigmoid colectomy with ileocolic anastomosis.

The patient returned for dehiscence of the anastomosis and had emergency surgery - the doctor did an ileocolic resection of the anastomosis and end ileostomy. The path report shows that portions of the colon (NOS) and ileum (NOS) were removed.

Any suggestions on how to code this?
