lapraroscopic removal of necrotic tissue

On day one:
Doc did a laparascopic removal of ectopic pregnancy with a D&C. Two days later pt developed fever. It was shown that she had an abdominal abscess. Doc then preformed a laparoscopic removal of necrotic tissue (abdominal/pelvic area) and a rinse of pelvis and abdominal cavity.

I was thinking of using 49322, but am not sure. Im pretty sure the laparoscopic rinse of the abscess would be included with the tissue removal.

Am I heading in the right direction?
