Does anyone currently use laptops in their chart reviews? We are in the process of incorporating a laptop into my chart reviews but was wondering if this was more convenient than the paper trail. We are thinking of using a laptop to enter all the pertinent HCC codes and keeping a data file instead of handwriting everything.
