If my physician states, 'large posterior wedge resection of the left atrium was done due to a large atrium, almost 7.5 cm,' is that billable?

This was done in conjunction with MVR (33430) and TVR (33464). Is there a code for the atrium wedge resection? Is it included with procedure? Or could I use a modifier 22?

Any suggestions?
