Doctor performed laser atherectomy and angioplasty of left TP trunk, posterior tibial and peroneal arteries.

CPT code assigned 37229-LT, 37223 X 2-LT. Correct? Should I assign only 37229-LT?
 
Per CPT instructional forward before the lower extremity intervention series, when the tibioperoneal trunk is treated along with other vessels in the Tibial/Peroneal territory, you cannot code separately for treatment of the tibioperoneal trunk. So I'd code 37229 and 37233x1 on this case scenario.
