I'm hoping someone could help me out? We have a PA who wants to get a certificate for Hair Laser Removal. The only code I can find is 17999. Does anyone know of a price list or a website that could help educate us on what/how we can bill? Thanks!!:)
 
We use code 96999 for informational purposes only, since this is not considered "medically necessary" and is not covered by any payer that I know of. As a cosmetic procedure, we provide this treatment as a cash service. I googled "laser hair removal cost", and came up with this website for an organization in Houston who provides this service, so this might give you an idea.
