Wiki Laser stopped working

Our provider was in the middle of performing a YAG Capsulotomy 66821 and the laser stopped functioning. 3/4 of the capsule was open at this point. He then sent the patient to one of our other clinics to have another provider complete the YAG Capsulotomy on the same day. I'm needing some assistance on how we should bill out the procedure. Would I just bill it out under the first provider since he was 3/4 through the procedure and not bill anything under the second provider? Do I need to amend any modifiers since both providers are with the same practice and the procedure was technically finished on the same day? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks. Jodi
