Is 17110 allowed for treatment of nail fungus?

I have asked this question before too with no responses, except our provider uses cryo instead of laser.. I would think we'd have to use the "unlisted procedure codes" Since nail fungus may not be considered a skin lesion?

Like JesseL, I would not use 17110, as fungus is not a lesion.
