I would so appreciate any help on this...

I am new to this position, and I have a Dr who wants to bill 17106 - Destruction of cutaneous vascular proliferative lesions (eg, laser technique) with his spider vein injections, 36468.

Red Flags are going off for me, stating no no no. But I need to explain to him why. Any help available with explaning to him why. Has anyone seen this, or doing this? Have I been missing something?

Well I ran the two through Payer Path and there are no bundling issues .....but I guess it really depends on what exactly he is performing the 17106 on.
