Our provider is doing a lasik flap lift to remove epithelial ingrowth. Can you bill both the 65900 "Removal of epithelial downgrowth, anterior chamber of eye" along with the 66250 "Revision or repair of operative wound of anterior segment, any type, early or late, major or minor procedure" for the lasik flap lift? or Would you just bill the 65900 for the epithelial ingrowth removal?
