Wiki lateral wall ischemia - would code this

"The patient was found to have a positive stress test in the form of laterl wall ischemia."

Could someone please tell me how they would code this?
I'm stuck. I understand that the "lateral wall" is refering to the heart but I just don't know if I'm safe to use 414.9 Coronary Ischemia or if I just need to use 459.9 Ischemia.
Any thoughts would be helpful!
