Could someone tell me which code they would use for this?
459.9 - ischemia
414.9 - coronary ischemia
I understand that the "lateral wall" refers to the heart, but I just want someone elses opinion, please!
 
If it is a chronic condition then you will want to use 414.9. If it is more acute then look at 410.5x.
