Wiki LAVH with anterior/posterior repair.

Is the anterior/posterior repair typically a part of the LAVH or would it be appropriate to bill it separately?

You should bill it separately from your LAVH.

We bill separately but use the modifier 59 because. We have had issues in the past with billing these two together and that helped.
