I need help how to get TEE codes paid by NY Medicare denying for LCD-A52828, L33579, I do the billing, not the coding-our coding teams keeps saying no other dx code available, are they missing something?
example: Procedure: 33534 CABG: Anesthesia code: 00567 QK. Medicare denies code 93312 26 59 for LCD.
Dx codes billed: i25.10; i25.2; i10; E78.5. What dx code is needed that links to 93312 to get this code paid.

NY Medicare also denies 93313 for LCD-A52828
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
