Hello. Can someone please tell me if LCSW progress notes require the "treatment plan" or is that optional?
It is the portion of the note that includes the information below:

Problem
Goal
Objective
Intervention
Due Date 02/22/25

I have a LCSW deleting this from her template and saying its optional. She does put in a plan but it doesn't include this information and definity not a due date of 3 months.
