LEEP taken of anterior posterior lips using a 20x8mm loop. Next with sharp curette and cyto brush, the endocervical canal was biopsied.

Would this be a 57522 or a 57522 and 57505. I am a bit stumped on this if there should be a 57505?

The endocervical biopsy is included in the 57522 please see the coder desk ref of the procedure.
57522
The physician performs a conization of the cervix, with or without fulguration, with or without dilation and curettage, with or without repair by using the loop electrode excision procedure (LEEP). The physician inserts a speculum into the vagina to view and fully expose the cervix. For most cases, the appropriate local anesthesia is administered as opposed to forms of premedication. The electric grounding pad is placed and safety checks are run. The cutting current is set. Using a loop that encompasses the lesion, an excision of the ectocervix is done with every effort made to remove the lesion in one specimen. If the lesion is large and another pass is required, two equal specimens are removed and labeled for the axis of orientation. The same procedure is done again with a smaller loop if an endocervical excision is necessary. The cervix may be dilated and an endocervical curettage collected. When all specimens have been collected, the bleeding vessels are cauterized, the vagina is inspected for any accidental injury, and the speculum is removed. No colposcope is used in this procedure.
