A provider in my clinic is asking me to verify the CPT code for a "Cowboy Hat" LEEP procedure for reporting purposes. (She wants to know how many of these procedures our office has completed in the past year). Is the correct code for the LEEP "Cowboy Hat" CPT 57522? From what I have researched this seems the most appropriate.
