Having difficulty coding for LEEP. Laparoscopy, Laparotomy. Right salpingo-oophorectomy and adhesiolysis. Dx is chronic pelvic inflammatory disease causing adhesions. Right ovarian cyst and cervical dysplasia.

Did you already submit for multiple procedures and received partial reimbursment or are you still coding for the multiple procedures. Not sure if you are looking for CPT codes or how to appeal.
