Wiki Left heart cath or Coronary angiography only?

I know that if the doctor documents that he did a pullback from the aorta to the LV then it is a left heart cath, but what if he documents he did a pullback from aorta to the ART? I am not sure what the ART. I cannot see that he entered the Left ventricle. Do I code Cors only with 93454 or LHC/with cors 93458?

You need a LVEDP or LV gram with coronaries to bill 93458.
