Hi All! The physicians at our office are questioning how to bill for a Left Heart Cath where they are crossing the valve and only doing pressure measurements but not performing LVG? Can we bill the 93458 for this with modifier since they did cross the valve or no since the LVG was not done? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
