INSERTION OF LT DOUBLE-J STENT

AM HAVING PROBLEMS I GET 52351,52204,50390,52332,74420-26
HE SAID HE DID THEM BY CUP BIOPSY, OTHERS SAY I CANNOT BILL IT.
HELP PLEASE

I don't have my book in front of me, but I think the UPJ biopsy is 52354, I also see 52332 and 74420 (with modifer -26?)
