What is the best source (internet or book) that we could purchase to just help with some general Legal terminology and information related to what we encounter for our practices? We deal with many different specialties and just need some more insight on how to properly handle claims with Attorney involvement, bankruptcy's, liability cases, processing of deceased claims, etc.

Appreciate any input that can be given.
