Anyone know if a LenSx laser assist for cataract surgery or correction of astimgatism is separately billable? Not finding a lot of info on it...
 
LRIs are not covered. It is separately billable to the patient. You should inform them in advance but don't necessarily need an ABN as it is a non-covered service.
