I have a question on coding lesions
Does the doctor have to state how big the lesion is on the operative report or can I can I just get it from path report. Yes I know it shrinks by the time it gets to path but it it is not on operative report , do I code it from path report or do I use the lowest lesion code - example 14000-? PLEASE I like to hear different intakes -thanks - trent
