If our dr removed a lesion from lower right eyelid and removed 2 lesion on the left eyelid one from the lower left eyelid and left upper eyelid would you code it like this 67800-e4 and 67805. Please respond asap thank you
 
When our office performs an excision of a lesion we use CPT 67840 the CPT code 67800-67808 are for excision of chalazion. After the excisions the specimens are then sent to a lab for results. Hope this helps.
