Wiki lesion removal by 20 gauage needle not sure how to code

Our provider removed 18 lesions with a 20 guage needle. the lesions were all between the
pubis and perineal area. We did NOT send anything for biopsy, only removed the lesions. I am not sure what to bill in this case becasue the Aspiration codes wont apply due to there being no biopsy and the destruction of lesion codes wont work because of the technique. PLease help!
