Can someone clarify what the level of risk would be- for a patient receiving chemo and also seeing provider for a cough?

Just focusing my answer here just on the MDM Risk Table alone with the given information and taking no assumptions on information not described.

Chemotherapy/same DOS = drug therapy for intensive monitoring for toxicity

Cough = either minimal (cold) or Low (Acute uncomplicated illness)
