Hello All,

Pt diagnosed with DKA, HTN, diabetic nephropathy and Hyponatremia would this fall under moderate or high risk?

Thanks for any comments.

What is the status of these diags? Treatment provided? Just listing a diag won't be enough information to determine risk. Take a look at the audit tool and determine where this fits into the table.

status not listed for each individually, treatment/assessment for all, pt stable.

so my question is where would this fall into the table of risk?
