Dx is scrotal abscess and they are going to do an I&D. Would this be considered moderate or low level of risk?

An I&D is classified as a minor procedure, so under the 'management options' of the table of risk, it would fall under 'low' risk unless there are other risk factors or comorbidities documented that might warrant a higher level.
