Hi All,
If it's okay to code for level 99212 or to just to downcode if the CC and HPI is DONE by ancillary staff ( LPN,MA,MAI) but the Phy. Exam and the MDM is DONE by the Providers? Even if the EXAM and MDM qualifies for level 99213 or even level 99214..
