Wiki leveling out the History

Hello,
I have a question on the History part of E&M.
Say you have a Comp HPI, a Detailed ROS, a Comp PFSH
Then you would have a Detailed History correct?

Is there an area or link that someone knows of that would explain this info out?

For Detailed History You should have extended HPI(4+), 2-9 ROS and atleast 1 PFSH.-
