Hi...doctor does the LHC 93458-26 and with the severe disease and pt needing bypass, he also does the subclavian angio. I am thinking 36225. Any suggestions? thank you Sandy

No, you should be thinking of 93459 - LHC w/ bypass grafts, since he is looking at the LIMA for a bypass conduit.
