How would I code the following?
Left heart catheterization with Selective coronary angiogram,
Left subclavian angiogram with visualization of left internal mammary artery
Selective angiogram of SVG to RCA
Thrombectomy of SVG to RCA
PCI/stenting of the SVG to RCA
Aortogram of abdominal aorta with visualization of renal arteries as well as iliac arteries
Left ventriculogram not performed

was the aortic valve crossed for measurements? 93455 or 93459
What was the indication for the aortogram?
Drug eluting stent? 92980 or G0291
The subclavian exam was probably to look for an IMA graft?
