I am working for a doctor who is setting up an interventional pain management practice, I am fairly new to this type of coding and I am trying to find the code for the lidocain IM drug code. The only code I come up with is J2001 but it's for IV not IM. Can someone please help.

There is no IM lidocaine code per se.
More than likely it will be bundled into your procedure.
You could possibly use J3490 unclassified drug.
