Hi

I was wondering if someone could help me.... I was telling a staff member about a chart with the " life cycle of icd 9 code " and all the departments it affects. ( labs, RN's referrals, billing ) I saw it on a webinar and I can't find anywhere. I didn't know if someone else recalls seeing it too, and has the link.

We wanted to use it as a backdrop for a presentation.
