Hi

Any suggestions for coding ligation of artery right forehead. Dr is coding 11440 but his does not sound correct to me. No lesion was removed. Op note states to no mass type lesions were discovered. Artery was ligated with suture and hemastasis was achieved with bipolar electrocautery.
