Does anyone know how I would code a CABG using LIMA to LAD with 2 anastomosis? I can give details if needed. Thanks!
 
I would use 33534 for the arterial grafts x 2. If there were vein grafts as well you could bill those too. Per CPT - " To determine the number of bypass grafts in a CABG, count the number of distal anastomoses where the bypass graft artery or vein is sutured to the diseased coronary artery."
