Wiki Limit the amount of patients a doctor can see

Good morning,
I have a physician telling me that they recently heard as on 1/1/23 that physicians will supposedly have a limit to the number of patients they can see. Has anyone else heard this? If so, do you have any documentation? I appreciate your help in advance.

My guess is they heard 1/2 a conversation AND misinterpreted the 1/2 they heard.
