Please help me code this. Would this be 36200 or 36140 or am I completely off? Thanks in advance.

PROCEDURE PERFORMED: Limited cardiac catheterization.

PROCEDURE: Prior to the procedure, the patient was given informed consent,
including risks, benefits and alternatives to the procedure.

Standard Seldinger technique was utilized. The right common femoral artery
was accessed for this case. The right common femoral artery had mild
diffuse atherosclerotic plaque.

The right common external and internal iliac arteries had diffuse mild to
moderate atherosclerotic plaque. The right common iliac artery and
abdominal aorta were not well visualized. There is evidence of an abdominal
aortic aneurysm. Could not entirely exclude extravasation of contrast.
Given this, we will conclude case and refer for a CT of the abdomen and
pelvis/chest with IV contrast. If negative, will refer for right radial
artery cardiac catheterization to evaluate for obstructive coronary artery
disease.
